Who is eligible for the automatic tiers?
We ship from our EU warehouse in Romania across all 27 EU member states plus the UK, Switzerland, Iceland, Israel and Serbia. For wholesale partners in other markets, including the US, get in touch and we'll let you know what we can arrange.
Are COAs included with wholesale orders?
Yes. Every product ships to its supplier's published batch specification (class-level), and selected lots are independently tested by Janoshik Analytical — searchable by batch code at /verify.
How does VAT work on a wholesale order?
With a valid EU VAT number on a cross-border order (shipping outside Romania), we apply 0% VAT under the reverse-charge mechanism — you account for VAT in your own country. Your invoice shows your VAT number and the 0% treatment.
What payment methods do you accept?
Instant SEPA via Paysera online banking, or manual SEPA bank transfer to our IBAN. Orders are paid at checkout — there are no credit terms.
What if my VAT number doesn't validate?
You can still complete your order at standard pricing. VIES is occasionally unavailable; if you believe your number is valid, email support@certapeptides.com and we will sort out the reverse-charge invoice manually.
