What are your shipping times?

We dispatch same-day for orders placed before 2 PM CET. Delivery is typically 1-2 business days within Romania and 9-14 business days for the rest of the EU and non-EU markets. The exact window for your country is shown at checkout.

Do you offer bulk or institutional pricing?

Yes. We offer volume discounts for research institutions, universities, and labs. Email us with your requirements for a custom quote.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also check status in your account dashboard.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept SEPA bank transfer (manual to our IBAN) and instant SEPA via Paysera's hosted online-banking page. Both work across all SEPA-zone countries. Card payments are not currently offered.
