2. Agreement to Terms

  1. 2.1These Terms of Use ('Terms') govern your use of the CertaPeptides website (certapeptides.com) and all purchases made through it.
  2. 2.2By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
  3. 2.3CertaPeptides reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page.
  4. 2.4You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase products from CertaPeptides.

3. Product Use Disclaimer

  1. 3.1All products sold by CertaPeptides are intended strictly for research and laboratory use only.
  2. 3.2Products are NOT intended for human consumption, veterinary use, or any therapeutic application.
  3. 3.3By purchasing, you confirm that you understand and accept the intended use of these products.
  4. 3.4CertaPeptides is not responsible for any misuse of products purchased through this website.
  5. 3.5Product descriptions, specifications, and data are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical or scientific advice.

4. Orders & Payment

  1. 4.1All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes where required. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
  2. 4.2We currently accept payment via BANKpay+ (SEPA instant bank transfer) and other available payment methods as listed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
  3. 4.3An order is confirmed only after successful payment processing. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order ID.
  4. 4.4CertaPeptides reserves the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud, resale, or terms violation.
  5. 4.5Promotional codes are valid for one-time use, cannot be combined, and may be withdrawn at any time.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  1. 5.1We offer shipping across all EU member states. Free standard shipping is available on orders over €150.
  2. 5.2Standard shipping: 3–7 business days (€5.99, free over €150). Express shipping: 1–3 business days (€12.99).
  3. 5.3Orders placed before 2 PM CET on weekdays are typically dispatched the same day.
  4. 5.4Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination. CertaPeptides is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
  5. 5.5Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

  1. 6.1Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened products.
  2. 6.2Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer rights (Directive 2011/83/EU).
  3. 6.3To initiate a return, contact support@certapeptides.com with your order ID. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
  4. 6.4Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned product in its original condition.
  5. 6.5Damaged or incorrect orders will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

7. Liability & Indemnification

  1. 7.1CertaPeptides provides products 'as-is' for research use. We make no warranties regarding fitness for any particular purpose.
  2. 7.2Our total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the purchase price of that product.
  3. 7.3CertaPeptides is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
  4. 7.4You agree to indemnify and hold CertaPeptides harmless from any claims arising from misuse of products purchased.

8. Intellectual Property

  1. 8.1All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of CertaPeptides and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
  2. 8.2You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
  3. 8.3Product names, peptide identifiers, and CAS numbers are used for identification purposes and may be trademarks of their respective owners.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

  1. 9.1These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania and applicable European Union regulations.
  2. 9.2Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Romanian courts, unless mandatory EU consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
  3. 9.3Before initiating legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at support@certapeptides.com to resolve disputes amicably.
  4. 9.4Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU law.

Research Use Only: All CertaPeptides products are sold exclusively for in-vitro and in-vivo research purposes. They are not approved for human consumption, veterinary use, or therapeutic applications. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
