CJC-1295 without DAC — also called Modified GRF 1-29 or Mod GRF — is a GHRH(1-29) analog with four amino acid substitutions that confer enzymatic stability while keeping the half-life short: approximately 30 minutes. The four substitutions (Aib2, Gln8, Ala15, Leu27) block DPP-4 and other proteases that would degrade native GHRH within minutes.
