Unopened, sealed products can be returned within 14 days of delivery — your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we resolve it fast, starting with the evidence. Here is exactly how it works.
How Returns Work
Contact Us
Email support@certapeptides.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return. We respond within 24 hours on business days.
Get Your RMA
We confirm your return is eligible and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with the exact return address and instructions — typically within 1 business day. Please don't ship anything back before you have an RMA.
Ship It Back
Send the product back unopened, in its original sealed packaging, following your RMA instructions. Return shipping is arranged and paid by you, unless the return is due to our error — wrong or damaged items are always shipped back (or replaced) at our cost.
Receive Your Reimbursement
Once we receive and inspect the return, your payment is reimbursed to your original payment method within 14 days, as provided by EU consumer law.
Eligible for Return
- Product is unused and in its original sealed packaging
- Return requested within 14 days of delivery
- Product has not been reconstituted or tampered with
- Original Certificate of Analysis (COA) is included
- Product was stored per recommended conditions
Not Eligible for Return
- Products that have been opened or reconstituted
- Products returned more than 14 days after delivery
- Products damaged due to improper storage by customer
- Clearance or heavily discounted items (unless defective)
- Products without proof of purchase

14-Day Window
Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery — your statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU). Contact us before shipping anything back.
Purity Guarantee
Every published lot is tested by an independent third-party lab — and we publish every report, including the ones we'd rather not. If a product doesn't match the specification on its published COA, contact us with your batch number: we investigate against the lot's report and replace any product that fails it, at no cost to you.
Damaged in Transit
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the outer box, inner packing, and any affected vials with labels legible. Confirmed transit damage is replaced at no cost to you.
