Get Approval
We'll review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Ship It Back
Send the product back in its original, unopened packaging using the shipping label we provide.
Get Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

- Product is unused and in original sealed packaging
- Return requested within 30 days of delivery
- Product has not been reconstituted or tampered with
- Original Certificate of Analysis (COA) is included
- Product was stored per recommended conditions

- Products that have been opened or reconstituted
- Products returned after 30 days from delivery
- Products damaged due to improper storage by customer
- Clearance or heavily discounted items (unless defective)
