Store lyophilized retatrutide at -20°C before reconstitution. Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water and store at 4°C, stable for up to 30 days. The fatty acid conjugation (like other long-acting GLP-1 receptor agonists) may cause some precipitation at low temperatures -- bring to room temperature and mix gently before use. Bacteriostatic water is suitable for peptides stored over more than a few days.
Tirzepatide is a dual GIP/GLP-1 agonist. Retatrutide adds glucagon receptor agonism as a third component.
