Copper and mitochondrial research peptides

Two groups sit in this collection. Copper peptides are short peptides bound to copper(II): GHK-Cu is the tripeptide Gly-His-Lys with copper, and AHK-Cu is the related Ala-His-Lys complex. The mitochondrial group includes MOTS-c, a peptide of 16 amino acids encoded in the mitochondrial genome, and SS-31, a synthetic tetrapeptide studied for its association with the inner mitochondrial membrane. Epitalon, the tetrapeptide Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly, is studied in telomere and cell-ageing models.
