SLU-PP-332 is a small molecule agonist of estrogen-related receptors (ERRα, ERRβ, ERRγ) — nuclear transcription factors that regulate mitochondrial biogenesis, oxidative phosphorylation, and fatty acid metabolism. Dubbed an "exercise mimetic," SLU-PP-332 activates the same gene expression programs that endurance exercise triggers through ERR activation.
