How to Reconstitute Peptides
Clean the vial top
Wipe the rubber stopper with an alcohol swab and let it air dry completely. This prevents contamination during reconstitution.
Draw solvent
Draw your calculated volume of bacteriostatic water into a sterile syringe. Use the calculator above for exact measurements.
Add slowly along wall
Inject the solvent along the inside wall of the vial. Never inject directly onto the powder. Do NOT shake or vortex — this can damage peptide bonds.
Dissolve & store at 2–8°C
Let dissolve naturally for 1–2 minutes. If particles remain, gently roll the vial between your palms. Store reconstituted peptide in the refrigerator.
