Mazdutide

Most GLP-1 agonist clinical data comes from Western cohorts. Mazdutide (IBI362) is the exception — a GLP-1/glucagon dual agonist developed by Innovent Biologics and its development partner with the largest clinical dataset in East Asian metabolic populations. Phase 2 results in Chinese cohorts showed significant reductions in liver fat and body weight, with data collected under baseline conditions different from Western trials.
