Affiliate Program Terms

Commission is calculated on the net order subtotal (excluding tax and shipping) using a tiered structure based on your cumulative referred sales:

• Tier progression is automatic and permanent -- once you reach a tier, you keep it even during low-volume months.
• Commission is calculated at the moment the WooCommerce order transitions to processing (payment captured) and stored against your unique affiliate code.
• Commission currency matches the order currency (EUR by default).
• Every published SKU on the storefront is eligible unless otherwise noted. No product exclusions.

• 90-day cookie. If a visitor clicks your referral link today and completes an order within 90 days, the sale is attributed to you.
• Attribution is last-click. If a visitor clicks multiple affiliate links before checkout, the most recent one wins.
• We also honor coupon-based attribution as a fallback — if a customer manually enters your unique code at checkout without ever clicking your link, the sale is still attributed to you.
• All conversions enter a pending state and are reviewed within 7 days before being approved for payout. Approval criteria: no fraud signals, no refund request, no chargeback hold.

• Minimum payout threshold: €25. Approved commissions roll over until you hit the threshold.
• Payouts are processed monthly, on or around the 15th of the following month. A monthly statement summarizing your approved commissions is sent to the email on file.
• Payment method: bank transfer to an IBAN only. EUR payouts go by SEPA; USD payouts go by international transfer to an IBAN-denominated account and need the BIC as well. We do not pay by any other method.
• Payouts to sanctioned jurisdictions or high-risk entities may be blocked in line with our banking partners' compliance rules.

CertaPeptides sells research-grade peptides for laboratory use only. Your promotional content must reflect this framing without exception.

• All content mentioning CertaPeptides products must include “for research purposes only” or “research use only” language, weaved naturally into the content (not just a footer disclaimer).
• No medical claims. You may not claim, imply, or suggest that any CertaPeptides product treats, cures, diagnoses, or prevents any disease or condition. This includes weight loss, anti-aging, recovery, and cognitive enhancement claims targeted at human consumption.
• No before/after photos of human bodies in association with our products. Reference research images, graphs, and mechanism-of-action diagrams are fine.
• No targeting of audiences under 18. This includes platforms, hashtags, and communities primarily populated by minors.
• FTC-compliant disclosure is required on every piece of content that includes your referral link, coupon, or tracking URL. Use #ad, #affiliate, or a clear statement like “Partner of CertaPeptides” — placed above the fold or in the first 3 seconds of video content.
• Spam, unsolicited mass email, forum brigading, or review manipulation are grounds for immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

• You may not use your own affiliate code on your own orders. Orders detected to share an email domain, IP, or device fingerprint with the affiliate account will be rejected at approval time.
• Artificially inflating clicks (click farms, bot traffic, incentivized clicks) is prohibited. Our tracking includes IP and fingerprint deduplication; suspicious patterns trigger review.
• Orders that result in a chargeback, refund, or customer dispute are reversed from your commission balance and, if already paid out, may be deducted from future payouts.

• You may leave the program at any time by emailing support@certapeptides.com. Approved-but-unpaid commissions above €25 will be paid out in the next monthly cycle.
• We may suspend or terminate your account for cause — primarily: compliance violations (section 4), fraud (section 5), or reputation damage.
• We may update these terms with 14 days' notice via email. Continued participation after that window constitutes acceptance.

• We collect the minimum data needed to run the program: name, email, platform handle, payout details, and performance metrics (clicks, conversions, commission history).
• Data is stored on EU-based infrastructure (Supabase, Frankfurt/Ireland). Full details in our Privacy Policy.
• You can request data export or deletion at any time via support@certapeptides.com. We're a Romanian SRL subject to GDPR — standard request windows apply.

CertaPeptides is operated by CERTALAB S.R.L., a Romanian company. Romanian law requires us to withhold tax - by default 16% - from commission payouts to partners outside Romania.

If you provide a valid certificate of tax residence for the current year (US entities: IRS Form 6166) and our accountant clears it, the double-tax treaty between Romania and your country applies from that point - for most partners that means 0% withholding. Amounts withheld before clearance are paid out to you afterwards through the official regularization procedure.

Commission amounts are gross of any legally required withholding. You are responsible for declaring affiliate income in your own country, and for telling us when your legal form, VAT status or tax residence changes.

Where the law allows, you agree that we issue self-billed invoices (autofactura) in your name for your commission payouts. We send you each document; unless you object within 15 days it counts as accepted. Registering the document in your own bookkeeping, where required, is your responsibility.

• Payouts run monthly. A commission enters a payout run once its order is 30 days old (the refund window).
• Minimum payout is EUR 25; smaller balances roll over to the next month.
• We pay only to an account whose holder name matches your registered name. If your bank details change, payouts freeze until we re-verify the change through a channel we already had on file.

Under Romanian Civil Code art. 1203, the following clauses take effect only with your separate express acceptance, collected with a dedicated checkbox in the dashboard:

• Clawback & set-off - commissions on refunded, charged-back or fraudulent orders are reversed and may be offset against future payouts; if the program ends, you repay reversed amounts we cannot offset.
• Suspension & termination - we may suspend or end the program relationship at our discretion with notice; earned, mature commissions on legitimate orders are still paid.
• Law & forum - these terms are governed by Romanian law; disputes go to the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania.
