What purity level do your peptides have?

Accepted Answer

CertaPeptides is a research-peptide reseller, not a manufacturer, and does not run an in-house lab. Every product ships to a supplier batch specification of at least 98% HPLC purity (identity and purity, class-level). Selected lots are independently tested by Janoshik Analytical (Czech Republic); where a lot has a published report, its measured purity is shown and is searchable by batch code at /verify.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to all 27 EU member states plus Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Norway, Iceland, Israel, and Serbia — 33 destinations in total. Free standard shipping on orders over €200. Delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout once your country is selected.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept two SEPA-based payment methods: (1) manual SEPA bank transfer to our IBAN, and (2) instant SEPA transfer via Paysera's hosted online-banking page — you log into your own bank, Paysera handles the transfer securely. Both are zero-chargeback, low-fee, and available throughout SEPA-zone Europe. Card payments are not currently offered.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery time depends on the destination — typically 1–2 business days within Romania, 8–14 business days for the rest of the EU and non-EU markets (Switzerland, UK, Norway, Iceland, Israel, Serbia). Express is available for selected EU countries at 1–7 business days. Orders placed before 2 PM CET on weekdays are typically dispatched the same day. The exact window for your country is shown at checkout. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Is there free shipping?

Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over €200. Standard rates start at €4.99 within Romania and range from €12.99 to €15.99 for the rest of the EU and non-EU markets. Express via DPD ranges from €14.99 (Romania) to €35.99 (Finland, Portugal, Sweden) where available. The exact rate for your country is shown at checkout.

What if my order is damaged in transit?

What testing do your peptides undergo?

Accepted Answer

CertaPeptides is a reseller and does not test in-house. Selected lots are independently tested by Janoshik Analytical (Czech Republic): HPLC purity and mass-spectrometry identity, plus ICP-MS heavy metals on copper peptides; endotoxin (LAL) and bioburden are available as add-on panels and appear on a report only when that lot was tested. Every other product ships to the supplier batch specification. A lot's report, where available, is searchable by batch code at /verify.

What is a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?

A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is the independent third-party test report for a specific lot. For CertaPeptides that is the Janoshik Analytical report for lots we have had independently tested; it documents identity, HPLC purity, and the test date. Not every lot has a published report, so check a specific batch by entering its code at /verify. Lots without a published report ship to the supplier batch specification.

Can I verify a COA batch number?

Yes. Every COA has a unique batch number. You can verify the authenticity of your COA by contacting us with the batch number, and we will confirm it against our records.

How should I store my peptides?

Accepted Answer

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored at -20°C for long-term storage or 2–8°C (refrigerator) for short-term use. Reconstituted peptides should always be stored at 2–8°C and used within 2–4 weeks. Keep peptides away from light, heat, and moisture.

How do I reconstitute lyophilized peptides?

Use bacteriostatic water or sterile water for injection. Add the solvent slowly along the vial wall — do not shake or vortex. Let the peptide dissolve naturally (1–2 minutes). What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of research chemicals, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. Unopened products in original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
